Shipping and delivery
Shipping origin
All orders are fulfilled by Zuriwerk in Switzerland. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and usually ship the next business day. Zuriwerk does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or Swiss public holidays. For timing questions, email hello@studiohuske.com.

Swiss orders

Swiss Post shipments are carbon neutral. No signature on delivery.
International orders
All international orders ship with FedEx. Shipping is CHF 16 on orders under CHF 125 and free on orders of CHF 125 or more. Delivery terms vary by destination, see below for details.
European Union
Processed under the EU's Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. VAT and import fees are collected at checkout. FedEx clears parcels before arrival. Delivery is usually 3 to 6 working days.
United Kingdom
FedEx Delivered Duties Paid with VAT collected at checkout. Delivery is usually 3 to 6 working days.
United States
FedEx Delivered Duties Paid. US import duties and tariffs are included in the price at checkout. The checkout total is the final price, with no additional charges on delivery. Delivery is usually 3 to 6 working days.
Rest of world
FedEx Delivered at Place. Local duties, VAT and customs fees are billed by FedEx on delivery and paid by the customer. Rates vary by country and are not collected by Studio Huske. Delivery times vary by destination.
Pricing and taxes
Prices on the website include VAT where applicable. The invoice shows a clear breakdown of product price, VAT and any shipping charges.
Tracking
Swiss Post and FedEx provide full tracking. A shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Returns and exchanges
Return window
Studio Huske offers free 60-day returns from the date of purchase. Items must be clean, undamaged and show no signs of wear or tear. Original packaging must be included. Packaging may be opened for testing or inspection. Email hello@studiohuske.com to arrange your return. Prepaid labels are provided for Switzerland and EU returns. For other destinations, get in touch and we will find the best solution.
Customers in the EU and the UK also have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. This right sits alongside the 60-day return window.
Return process
Once a return request is received, a prepaid return label is issued. When the returned item arrives at the warehouse, it is inspected within 1 to 2 working days. After approval, the full purchase price, including the original shipping, is refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for bank processing. Email notifications are sent when the return is approved and again when the refund has been issued.
Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they reach the warehouse. Please use the prepaid label or a tracked service.
Exchanges
- Exchanges in Switzerland: Free return and exchange shipping. Store credit is issued, then place a new order.
- Exchanges outside Switzerland: Use the free return. Store credit is issued, then place a new order. Standard shipping rates apply on the new order.
For international returns, please use the provided label so customs forms are correct. Returns sent without the prepaid label may incur duties that are deducted from the refund.
Gifts and bundles
Gifts can be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit on request. For discounted bundles, partial returns are refunded pro rata to the items kept.
Seasonal returns
Purchases made between 1 December and 24 December can be returned until 31 January.
Defective or damaged items
Contact hello@studiohuske.com within seven days of delivery with photos and the order number. Please include clear photos of the issue and the full mat. Choose between a replacement or a refund. All shipping costs are covered for defective items.
Guarantee
All silicone play mats come with a 2-year guarantee against material or manufacturing defects. The guarantee starts on the purchase date and does not affect statutory rights.
What is covered
Technical defects in materials or manufacturing.
What is not covered
- Misuse, staining or improper cleaning
- Colour or texture variation from the silicone coating
- Wear from folding, storing wet or chemical exposure
- Changes in surface feel from normal daily use
- Outlet items are non-refundable and not covered by the guarantee
How to claim
Proof of purchase is required. Email hello@studiohuske.com with photos and a short description. Customers outside Switzerland may be asked to cover return postage for inspection. If an item is faulty, choose between a replacement or a refund. If a fault occurs after the guarantee period, please get in touch. Kate will always try to help.
