Delivery: Swiss Post 1 to 4 days. FedEx 3 to 6 days internationally.

Returns: Free 60 day returns, inspection in 1 to 2 days, refund usually clears in 3 to 4 days.

Warranty: 2 year guarantee on silicone leather mats.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping origin

All orders are fulfilled by our partner Züriwerk in Switzerland. Züriwerk is a Swiss non profit organisation. Orders are processed within 24 hours and usually ship the next business day. Züriwerk observes Swiss public holidays and seasonal closures.

Swiss orders

  • B Post, 2 to 4 working days, CHF 6.00 for parcels up to 0.5 kg
  • B Post, 2 to 4 working days, CHF 9.00 for parcels over 0.5 kg
  • B Post, free for orders above CHF 125.00
  • A Post, 1 to 2 working days, CHF 12.00 upgrade at checkout

Swiss Post shipments are carbon neutral. Free A Post upgrade within Switzerland from 17 to 22 December. No signature on delivery.

International orders

All international orders except to the United States ship with FedEx using Delivered Duties Paid. Import duties, VAT and customs fees are collected at checkout. The checkout total is the final price.

European Union

Processed under Import One Stop Shop. VAT and import fees are collected at checkout. FedEx clears parcels before arrival. Delivery is usually 3 to 6 working days.

United Kingdom

FedEx Delivered Duties Paid with VAT collected at checkout. Delivery is usually 3 to 6 working days.

United States

FedEx Delivered at Place. We do not collect US taxes or tariffs. Any local taxes or import duties are paid by the customer. Delivery is usually 3 to 6 working days.

Pricing and taxes

Prices on the website include VAT where applicable. Your invoice shows a clear breakdown of product price, VAT and any shipping charges.

Tracking

Swiss Post and FedEx provide full tracking. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges

Return window

We offer free 60 day returns from the date of purchase. Items must be clean, undamaged and show no signs of wear or tear. Original packaging must be included. Packaging may be opened for testing or inspection. Email hello@studiohuske.com for authorisation and a prepaid return label.

Customers in the EU and the UK also have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. This right sits alongside the 60 day return window we offer.

Return process

Once your return request is received, we will issue a prepaid return label. When the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 1 to 2 working days. After approval, the full purchase price, including the original shipping, will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for bank processing. You will receive email notifications when your return is approved and again when the refund has been issued.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please use the prepaid label or a tracked service.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges in Switzerland: Free return and exchange shipping. We issue store credit and you place a new order.
  • Exchanges outside Switzerland: Use the free return. We issue store credit and you place a new order. Standard shipping rates apply on the new order.

For international returns, please use our label so customs forms are correct. Returns sent without our label may incur duties that are deducted from the refund.

Gifts and bundles

Gifts can be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit on request. For discounted bundles, partial returns are refunded pro rata to the items kept.

Seasonal returns

Purchases made between 1 December and 24 December can be returned until 31 January.

Defective or damaged items

Contact hello@studiohuske.com within seven days of delivery with photos and your order number. Please include clear photos of the issue and the full mat. You can choose a replacement or a refund. All shipping costs are covered for defective items.

Warranty

There is a 2 year guarantee on all silicone leather mats against material or manufacturing defects. The guarantee starts on the purchase date and does not affect statutory rights.

What is covered

Technical defects in materials or manufacturing.

What is not covered

  • Misuse, staining or improper cleaning
  • Colour or texture variation from the silicone coating
  • Wear from folding, storing wet or chemical exposure
  • Changes in surface feel from normal daily use
  • Outlet items are non refundable and not covered by the guarantee

How to claim

Proof of purchase is required. Email hello@studiohuske.com with photos and a short description. Customers outside Switzerland may be asked to cover return postage for inspection. If an item is faulty, you can choose a replacement or a refund. If a fault occurs after the guarantee period, please contact us — we’ll always try to help.
