How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Switzerland: 2-4 business days. EU delivery: around 5-7 business days. International: varies by destination, usually 7-14 business days.

What is your returns policy?

60-day free returns. Items must be in saleable condition. Get in touch to start a return.

How do I clean my play mat?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth for everyday messes. For deeper cleaning, hand wash with cold water. This is the gentlest option for long-term care. You can also machine wash on a delicate cycle. Avoid bleach entirely. Never put it in the dishwasher.
