Should I choose the round or the square?

The Roam Round is 105 cm across, which suits a high chair or a single play zone where mess spreads outwards. The Roam Square is 98 by 98 cm and sits more neatly under a desk, against a wall, or below a rectangular table.

Will it protect a wooden floor?

The textured underside keeps it flat and the top wipes clean, so spills stay on the mat rather than the boards. On sealed hard floors this works well. On waxed, oiled or otherwise unsealed surfaces, test a small area first.

Can I use it over underfloor heating?

Yes. The mat is 0.7 mm thick, so it adds almost no thermal resistance and heat passes through it. Thick foam or puzzle tiles are the ones that cause problems here.

How do I clean it?

Mild soap and water for everyday messes. For anything that lingers, leave the mat in direct sunlight for up to 24 hours and the mark fades. Plain water never marks it.

Is the surface suitable for a baby who mouths the edge?

Yes. The mats are produced and certified under OEKO-TEX Standard 100/1, the highest tier, tested for harmful substances at infant exposure levels. No BPA, no PVC, no phthalates.
