Shipping policy
Studio Huske ships worldwide from Switzerland. Delivery takes 2 to 6 working days depending on destination. Shipping costs and carriers are listed below.
Shipping origin
All orders are fulfilled by our partner Züriwerk in Switzerland. Züriwerk is a Swiss non profit organisation. Orders are processed within 24 hours and usually ship the next business day. Züriwerk observes Swiss public holidays and seasonal closures.
Swiss orders
- B Post, 2 to 4 working days, CHF 6.00 for parcels up to 0.5 kg
- B Post, 2 to 4 working days, CHF 9.00 for parcels over 0.5 kg
- B Post, free for orders above CHF 125.00
- A Post, 1 to 2 working days, CHF 12.00 upgrade at checkout
Swiss Post shipments are carbon neutral. Free A Post upgrade within Switzerland from 17 to 22 December. No signature on delivery.
International orders
Studio Huske ships worldwide with FedEx. Where we can, we prepay duties and VAT at checkout so the price you see is the price you pay. Here is how that works in each region.

For EU, UK and US orders, the checkout total is the final price. FedEx clears parcels before arrival, so no customs bill at the door. For EU orders, VAT is collected at checkout through the EU's Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, or via FedEx Delivered Duties Paid for larger multi-item orders.
Refused or undeliverable parcels: return freight and any customs charges already incurred are deducted from the refund. International returns are arranged case by case. See the Refund Policy for details.
Pricing and taxes
Prices on the website include VAT where applicable. Your invoice shows a clear breakdown of product price, VAT and any shipping charges.
Tracking
Swiss Post and FedEx provide full tracking. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Last Swiss shipping cut off before Christmas is midday 23 December. See the homepage for live updates.
