Storage: Roll rather than fold to minimise creasing. Fine to store it damp for daily use. For longer storage, let it dry fully first.

Non-slip side: Usually faces down (grips tables and floors). At the beach, flip it: smooth side down so sand doesn't catch in the grip texture. Will collect dust and hair on floors.
